Returns and Refunds

Accepted reasons for a return or refund of the purchase price:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the product and no more than 30 calendar days have passed since delivery;
  • The product is defective and the warranty is still valid;
  • The cancellation was made within 12 hours of purchase;

Return process and conditions for the return of the product and refund of the purchase price:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the customer must contact the company at the email address indicated here and return the product within 30 days of delivery. Returns are time-sensitive. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since delivery, the company will not offer the customer any refund or store credit of equivalent value.
  • The customer must provide us with some photos of the product and explain why they wish to return it.
  • All products must be in the same brand-new condition and in their original packaging. In the case of damaged products, we require that the products be returned in their original and unused condition.
  • The product must be sent to the return address indicated by customer support within 30 days of delivery. The customer must provide us with a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number. If the product is returned to an address other than the one indicated by customer support, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The refund takes 5-7 business days after receipt of the purchase at our returns center, and 3-20 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account (depending on the payment method).
  • All shipping costs related to returns, refunds, or exchanges are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • The company does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must bear the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on the customer’s place of residence, the arrival time of the returned or exchanged product may vary.
  • The company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged goods that are returned. Therefore, the customer should consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for products with a value exceeding $15.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the product to the returns center indicated by customer support. The company cannot guarantee that the return method chosen by the customer will ensure receipt of the item.
  • The product must be sent to the return address indicated by customer support within 30 days of delivery. The customer must follow the return procedure to receive a refund.
  • Items returned to the company for which no refund or credit can be granted will be disposed of or returned to the customer at their expense.
  • In the case of defective products, we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as the photos have been reviewed and approved.
  • The company refunds the purchase price of all items at full price via the customer’s original payment method. There is no refund/replacement for outlet items or sale items.
  • If the products were originally purchased with gift cards, your refund will be issued in the form of a gift card. The refund policy applies to products only.
  • We currently have 5 addresses where we accept returns: USA, Germany, France, United Kingdom, and Lithuania. Depending on the distance, you will be offered one of these addresses.
  • The conditions of our return policy prevail in the event of a misunderstanding or any other circumstance.

Order Cancellation

  • The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours, provided that the order has not been shipped before the cancellation.
  • The customer must bear in mind that all orders are processed as quickly as possible, which means that cancellations are time-sensitive.
  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order and receive a refund, the company may, at the customer’s request, send instructions on how to proceed here.
